Shipping & Returns

Shipping Methods and Times

In order to ensure freshness and the most effective delivery method, we ship orders via UPS.  We typically ship our breads and perishable products on Tuesday or Wednesday so that they arrive at their destinations before the weekend. 

For perishable items, if the delivery address is not located in the one-, two- or three-day areas as shown on the UPS Transit Map below, items must be shipped UPS Air.  Non-perisable goods may be shipped UPS Ground anywhere in the US.  Note that during the Christmas holiday season, UPS does not guarantee its delivery times.  Please take this into consideration when placing your orders.

Holiday Stollen may be shipped UPS Ground to any state including Alaska and Hawaii.

We do not ship overseas or to APO boxes. 

 

 

Shipping and Handling Charges

UPS charges, surcharges and other fees are passed directly to the customer.  We do not add on any charges for shipping and handling.

Addresses

Ship-to addresses must be complete including the street suffix and suite or apartment number when applicable.  Including a contact phone number for the recipient will assist UPS with timely delivery.   Loss of product quality because of delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will not be covered under our guarantee.

Damage to Package or Product

Report any damage to packaging or product to your local UPS office and the Sweet Shop immediately.  You may be asked to hold the package for inspection by UPS.  We will replace products confirmed damaged by UPS at no cost to the customer. 

Returns
